My client is looking for an exceptional Event Manager to deliver a diverse programme of high-profile events at one of Kent's premier luxury visitor attractions.

From prestigious corporate functions and VIP experiences to internal events, seasonal celebrations and visitor-facing activations, you will oversee every aspect of event delivery, ensuring seamless execution and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver corporate, internal and visitor events from concept to completion.
• Manage event operations, logistics, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead event-day operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Develop risk assessments, operational plans and contingency measures.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and venue regulations.

About You

• Proven experience managing a variety of events within hospitality, luxury, venue or visitor attraction environments.
• Strong operational and logistical planning skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding experiences.
