The Gray-New Gloucester High School is anticipating a School Counselor to join our team of educators for the upcoming 26-27 school year.
Responsibilities- Provide a wide range of services for students in grades 9-12, including academic advising, college planning, and career counseling.
- Foster responsible citizenship and passion for life‑long learning in collaboration with teachers, administrators, parents, and the community.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cultivate positive relationships and problem‑solve and prioritize a variety of situations.
- Passion for working with teaching staff and students to make a positive difference in student lives.
- Must hold a Maine Department of Education Certification Endorsement 075 and a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check prior to employment.
