Interim Health Care
- Maine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School RN 1:1 to provide one-on-one nursing care for a student with a central line in a school setting in Gray, ME. This role requires a skilled registered nurse who can deliver individualized healthcare, support the student's medical and educational needs, and collaborate with school staff and families to ensure the student’s safety and well-being throughout the school day.

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a student within the school environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor the student’s health status, document observations, and communicate any changes promptly.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and health issues during the school day.
• Maintain accurate health records according to school and agency policies.
• Educate the student, school staff, and family members as needed about the student’s health condition and care plan.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• Experience with Central Lines
• Ability to provide direct one-on-one nursing care in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for the Gray, ME location.
