Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Our client, a mid-sized contract manufacturer with DoD and medical device contracts, is seeking a full-time onsite Senior Project Manager who ensure predictable delivery, cost control, and on-time execution of multidisciplinary electronics-based NPD and NPI projects.
As Senior Project Manager
, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, driving project success through strong technical leadership and cross-functional coordination. Working within our PMO structure, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for high-impact projects while mentoring other project managers and contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
- 5–10 years managing complex technical projects (electronics preferred)
- Strong understanding of NPD/NPI and manufacturing processes (DFM/DFT, V&V)
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices highly preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex product development projects
- Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and communication
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks
- Drive execution from concept through manufacturing transfer
- Mentor project managers and contribute to PMO best practices

This job is onsite in Maine and, as this Client has contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD), also requires that applicants either be U.S. Citizens or have a Green Card.
