We're hiring  
** 1st & 2nd shift Manufacturing Programmer/Technicians positions
** for our client, a leader in electronics manufacturing. These roles pay  **$23-$25 per hour
** and are,  
** long‑term, temp-to-hire opportunities
** with potential for growth.

This position is a  
** hands-on, highly technical role
** where you will program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment while serving as the  
** primary expert
** for equipment performance, repair processes, and line‑down troubleshooting.  
** If you enjoy a blend of technical skill, problem‑solving, and process improvement, this is a great opportunity.*
* ** Typical daily duties:*
* + Program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment

+ Serve as first point of contact for equipment performance and process troubleshooting

+ Support continuous improvement through lean and Six Sigma practices

* What we're looking for:

*
* + 2‑year electronics degree + 4 years of direct experience,  
** or
* * 8+ years in an equivalent technical role

+ Training or experience with lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma

+ Strong familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT/SMD) machinery (strongly preferred)
