** Typical daily duties:*
* - Provide direct supervision by assigning work, monitoring progress, and supporting the production team

- Set daily priorities, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production goals

- Perform production or technical tasks as needed to support the team

- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies

- Communicate issues, updates, and operational concerns to upper management

* What we're looking for:

* - 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

- Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge

- Strong organizational, communication, and people skills
