We're hiring 1st & 2nd shift Manufacturing Programmer/Technicians positions for our client in Gray, a leader in electronics manufacturing. These roles pay $23–$25 per hour and are, long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities with potential for growth.
This position is a hands-on, highly technical role where you will program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment while serving as the primary expert for equipment performance, repair processes, and line-down troubleshooting. If you enjoy a blend of technical skill, problem-solving, and process improvement, this is a great opportunity.
Typical Daily Duties:- Operate and optimize repair and rework equipment to ensure efficient performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment performance issues and process troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- 2-year electronics degree + 4 years of direct experience, or 8+ years in an equivalent technical role
- Training or experience with lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
- Strong familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT/SMD) machinery (strongly preferred)
