We’re hiring Manufacturing Technicians for our client in Gray – opportunities available on multiple shifts all with long‑term potential.
These positions pay up to $30 per hour and are temp‑to‑hire, offering a great pathway to growth and stability.
This is a hands‑on, production‑focused role where you’ll support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, work with automated equipment, and contribute to process improvements that enhance product quality and reliability.
Typical daily duties- Set up, monitor, and support automated manufacturing equipment and processes
- Perform hand tool assembly and quality review activities
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience
- Experience with machine equipment and basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience or training (preferred)
