Leddy Group is assisting a client in Gray, ME to fill a Manufacturing Engineer role focused on PCBA/SMT production optimization. The position is direct-hire and commutable from Portland, ME and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will develop manufacturing processes for PCBA and cable assemblies, provide technical guidance to manufacturing teams, and collaborate with NPD to improve cost, quality, and throughput. Strong CAD, Minitab, and MES experience preferred.
