As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations, managing a production team, and ensuring safety standards are maintained. You will work closely with the management team to drive performance, improve processes, and uphold high-quality standards. As a Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of a production team during the third shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and inspecting work to maintain production quality and meet deadlines.
• Prioritizing workloads and allocating resources effectively to achieve daily production goals.
• Communicating regularly with team members, peers, and other departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Enforcing safety, ergonomic, security, and environmental standards to maintain a compliant workplace.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating team members to support team development and performance.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
• Reporting operational issues, progress, and safety concerns to upper management promptly.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related work experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
