• Provide direct care to oncology patients in an infusion setting.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions per protocol.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
• Communicate clinical changes, labs, and diagnostic results to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and must maintain it.
• Oncology Nursing Certification preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, taking into account factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
