Responsibilities- Deliver perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to clinical changes.
- Maintain a safe, sterile environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and support OR Technicians and ancillary staff.
- Participate in quality improvement, staff education, and unit initiatives.
- Promote efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high‑quality care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Current PALS (AHA) certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of one year of prior perioperative experience or on‑the‑job training.
- Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) certification (AORN) preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $36.00 to $49.16 per hour.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, taking into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
