Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour paid lunch

Local Building and Refurbishment Company based in Rainham Essex requires a skilled tradesperson to work with our existing team. Working on sites in London, Essex and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Tradespeople who specialise in a single trade discipline. We are looking for qualified professionals such as:

• Carpenter
• Plumber
• Bricklayer
• Painter & Decorator
• Plasterer
• Tiler
• Roofer

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft and deliver high-quality workmanship within their specific trade.

• Carry out work to a high professional standard within your trade specialism
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications where required
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  
  Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Complete projects within agreed time frames

• Proven experience in your specific trade
• Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship
• Valid CSCS card (if required)
• Have or be able to pass a DBS check
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Good problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
