Looking for a Career — Not Just a Job? We’re growing and looking for someone sharp, personable, and highly organized to join our mortgage team as a Loan Officer Assistant. You do not need mortgage experience for this role. We can teach the industry. What we can’t teach is someone who naturally connects with people, thinks quickly, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about creating a great client experience.
If you’re the type of person who: picks things up fast, communicates confidently, loves helping people, stays calm under pressure, is naturally “with it”, and wants a real opportunity to grow… this could be an incredible fit. This is an entry‑level position with hands‑on mentorship and a clear growth path. The right person could advance into a higher‑level role within six months.
We offer full benefits including Vision, Dental, Medical and 401(k) along with many others. Hours are M‑F from 8:30 am‑5:30 pm in our Grayslake Office.
