School Counselor Intern

Grayslake North High School is looking to fill a School Counselor Intern
- Unpaid position for the school year. To function as a member of the educational team, under the supervision of a certified School Counselor. School Counselors oversee the academic, physical, social and emotional well-being of their students. School counselors will consult with appropriate school personnel in order to meet the needs and maximize the achievement of each student.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an approved Masters Degree program from an accredited school, leading to a Professional Educator License with an endorsement in School Counseling for the position. Recommended by supervising University to be a Student Counselor Intern. Applicant must have met Illinois State Board of Education guidelines. No benefits are associated with this position.
