House Cleaner

No Experience Required! We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process.

Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with potential to earn up to $20.00 per hour plus tips. Pay is weekly via direct deposit.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards. Follow our process and delight every customer, earning tips along the way.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Make them feel cared for.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment. Take care of cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
