Position: Sports Medicine Physical Therapist, 1:1 Private Practice

We are looking for a PART-TIME of FULL-TIME sports/orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our amazing team at our growing physical therapy practice in Grayslake!

Chebny Sports Medicine is a physical therapy practice focused on a high quality of life for patients and the people who work here! We are intentional on creating a fun, relaxed, and welcoming environment for patients and physical therapists, all while providing superior outcomes. Patient appointments are extended with 1-on-1 treatment. No double-booking, no PT aides/techs. No corporate, just a company that cares about their patients and the staff that work here!

We have recently moved into a truly state-of-the-art 5500 square foot facility with a large functional turf area and golf simulator! Incredible patient population with very heavy sports medicine percentage with increased focus on return to sport rehab. We are looking for a positive, passionate physical therapist who strives for excellence with patient care. Excellent orthopedic and sports medicine treatment skills are preferred.

We will provide 1-on-1 mentoring for newer graduates wanting to develop all aspects of treatment to better outcomes, improve decision-making skills, and expand their treatment techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Effectively evaluate, treat, and discharge patients
  • Write timely and accurate documentation, including appropriate functional goals
  • Provide high-quality care and concern for patient's well-being and recovery
  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and genuine interest in your patient’s health and well-being
Qualifications and Skills
  • Obtained Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Holds active physical therapy licensure in Illinois
  • Holds current CPR certification
  • Outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine experience preferred, but not required
