Overview
Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals (our term for caregivers). We help aging adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Responsibilities- Personalized companionship:
Friendly conversation, emotional support, and engagement in hobbies or activities. - Daily living assistance:
Light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. - Specialized care:
Support for clients with Alzheimer’s or other cognitive conditions. - Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
- A heart for helping others and a respectful, compassionate attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients.
- Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
