Responsibilities- Manage everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Qualifications- General job duties for all store team members:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Training – orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication skills:
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Essential functions/skills:
- Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, corn‑meal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing- Talk and hear on telephone.
- Near‑ and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality‑control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical RequirementsStanding, walking, lifting, seating, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, using machines and tools. Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 pounds, stacking in shelves up to 72 in, pushing trays requiring forces up to 7.5 lb, navigating stairs and ladders.
Additional Job Details- Carrying large cans (3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage.
- Occasionally carrying pizza sauce (30 lb) from storage to front.
- Trays of pizza dough carried three at a time (~12 lb each).
- Trays may be pulled or pushed on dollies, requiring forces up to 7.5 lb.
- Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices or perform maintenance.
- Forward bending at waist, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting repeated throughout the day.
- Reaching above 72 in, reaching down, reaching forward, using hands continuously.
Job Duties
- Deliver product by car and to the customer doorstep.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area.
- Drive through adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Carrying: pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
- Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
- Walking: travel between the store, vehicle, and customers’ locations.
- Climbing: navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing. Far vision and night vision required for driving.
