What's your day like?

As a Branch Manager at Community Trust Credit Union, you'll lead and inspire a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and achieving their goals. You'll be the guiding force behind mentorship and coaching, helping your team members grow while ensuring every member has a stellar banking experience. Dive headfirst into member relationships, solving problems, and positively impacting their financial lives.

You'll oversee daily branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently by hiring, training, and supporting your team to set them up for success.

What we're looking for in a Branch Manager

To thrive as a Branch Manager at Community Trust Credit Union, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experience, including coaching and development of your staff and driving sales. As the leader of our Grayslake office, it is important the you are fully engaged with the community. A minimum of three years of management experience in a fast-paced, sales, and service-driven environment is crucial for leading a dynamic team.

Additionally, at least one year of credit union or banking experience in a leadership role is vital for guiding your team in providing exceptional service. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for member success will help you create meaningful connections that elevate each member’s experience.

Requirements for the position are:
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced sales and service-driven environment.
  • Must have at least 1 year of credit union or banking experience in a leadership role.
  • Current knowledge of banking/credit union technology.

This position has a base salary range of is $80,500 to $98,553/annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

  • Matching Contributions after 1000 hours of service, 21 years of age and six months of employment. You may begin your contribution on the first pay period of the calendar quarter after one full month of employment. Entry is quarterly.
  • Safe Harbor contributions. CTCU provides every eligible employee a contribution of 3% of compensation. In order to participate in the employer contributions under Safe Harbor, you must be 21 years of age, have 12 months of service and work at least 1,000 hours during that 12 months. Safe Harbor funds are 100% vested and employees who have met eligibility requirements are eligible to receive the Safe Harbor contribution by completing one hour of service.

    Safe Harbor entry is semi-annually.
