TE Connectivity plc in Grayslake, IL is seeking a Manufacturing - Cell Lead III for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30am-2:30pm). The role requires CNC operation knowledge, blueprint reading, and strong leadership to guide a cell toward on-time production with lean practices such as 5S.
Responsibilities include first piece inspection, coaching team members, maintaining quality, ensuring safety, and updating production metrics. Experience with micrometers or calipers for QC is preferred.
