What You’ll Do- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process
- Work with qualified buyer and seller leads ready to transact
- Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and client consultations
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through inspections, financing, and closing
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to deliver a high-level experience
- Collaborate with team leadership, transaction coordinators, and support staff
- Buyer and seller leads ready now
- Dedicated transaction coordination and listing support
- Weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
- Experienced managing brokers and leadership available for guidance
- Marketing support for listings, open houses, and client follow-up
- Proven systems, technology, and processes to help you scale
- A collaborative team culture that values professionalism, growth, and community
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable mindset
- Desire to grow production and work within a team environment
- Full-time or committed part-time availability
