Overview
We are expanding our fiber sales team and are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build real income in a fast-growing industry. This is an outside sales role focused on educating homeowners about fiber optic internet and helping them upgrade to faster, more reliable service. This position is best suited for someone who is self-driven, comfortable speaking with people face-to-face, and looking for performance-based income with growth potential.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Engage with homeowners in assigned fiber-ready neighborhoods
- Educate customers on fiber optic internet benefits and available plans
- Set up new fiber accounts and manage the full sales process
- Represent the brand professionally in the field
- Work independently while hitting weekly performance goals
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales or D2D experience is a plus, not required
- Commission-based pay with high earning potential
