Product Information Associate III

The Product Information Associate III supports customers, distributors, and the outside sales team by providing accurate, timely, and quality work.

• Prompt handling of all customer service requests, including but not limited to quotes, technical product information, application questions, and customer contract resolutions.
• Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and derive market intelligence.
• Ensure timely responses to customers.
• Work with order entry, manufacturing, and shipping to resolve questions on orders including but not limited to pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers.
• Work with team members to meet customers’ needs.

• High School, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 or more years of related work experience.
• Electrical or industry related experience is desired.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.

• Position requires sitting for extended periods, bending, walking, talking, and arm and finger movement.

• Work performed in an office environment.
