Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The CSA will assist in the cultivation of new and existing client relationships through processing client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date. Central responsibilities surround the preparation and collection of required documentation and information necessary for client onboarding and maintenance and ongoing administrative tasks that support Client Services Team, Advisors, Financial Planners, and Compliance.
The CSA will report to the Client Service Manager/COO.
Primary
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing new client documents and packages and preparing account maintenance documents and packages.
- Working with third-party custodians to see tasks/projects through completion while working with advisor.
- Serve as support personnel for clients – both external and internal (i.e. advisors, supervisors)
- Maintaining data and critical forms, utilizing client relationship management (CRM)
- Document Storage/Retention
- Filing
- Electronic Storage Organization
- Other miscellaneous tasks/projects as requested by advisors and staff
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Phones – answering main line and monitoring voicemail
- Back Up – Daily Check processing
- Providing assistance and redundancy in maintaining newsletter subscription database, compliance filings, and in support of managerial initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned that are consistent with the requirements of the position
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate degree at a minimum or equivalent experience.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Eagerness to embrace evolving technology and help foster a culture of continual process improvement
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills
- Written and verbal communication ability
- Detail orientated with superior organizational ability
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Strong aptitude/curiosity for learning nomenclature of account types, investment vehicles, common challenges facing household investors, compliance constraints, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to take tasks from start to finish including follow through.
Pay Range & Benefits:
$48,000 - $75,000 annually commensurate with industry experience, relevant professional licensing, and qualifications. Benefits included. A hybrid work arrangement may be available following successful onboarding and demonstrated job proficiency, based on business needs, company policy, and manager approval.

The noise level in the work environment is relatively quiet. It is a typical shared office environment.
