Dental Assistant

Western Mass Periodontics and Nobel Perio are seeking a Dental Assistant to support our periodontal and implant teams across our Great Barrington, Pittsfield, and Agawam locations. $24-27/hr based on experience

Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends

Modern offices equipped with digital charting, advanced imaging, and surgical technology

Assist periodontists chairside during surgical and non-surgical procedures

Take and process digital x-rays, maintain sterilization protocols, and prepare operatories

Support implant and grafting cases while ensuring efficient clinical flow

Educate patients on treatment steps and post-op care with empathy and clarity

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Dental Assisting certification or relevant experience (preferred)

Radiology certification (required or willing to obtain)

1+ year of dental assisting experience - periodontic or surgical a plus

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
