This job is located in Great Barrington, MA
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance.
Compensation: $22.00 – $25.25 per hour
Additional earnings opportunities:
- $1,040 raise upon passing the Para Pro Assessment
- $1,500 referral bonus for every full-time referral who is hired

What You'll Do:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will help ensure a safe, structured learning environment while supporting students throughout their school day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting classroom teachers and therapeutic staff
- Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all students
- Encouraging positive behavior and personal growth
- Helping students develop academic, social, and life skills
- Contributing to a collaborative team focused on student success
- High School Diploma or equivalent
