Positions:
Paraprofessionals – MMRHS (RISE-Reaching Independence through Support and Education)
Preferred Requirements/
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working with students with multiple disabilities.
- Demonstrated experience implementing behavior intervention plans, positive behavior supports, and taking data.
- Demonstrated ability to support students' independence through use of communication devices (such as iPads) and assistive technology (such as wheelchairs, adapted bicycles, adapted silverware, etc... ).
- Demonstrated ability to assist students with personal hygiene needs.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in response to complex medical situations.
- May require lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Experience with Adult Vocational/Job Coaching
Start Date/Work Scheduled:
August 27, 2026 School – 7 hours/day School Year
Salary:
As per BHEA Unit C Contract Salary Range: $20.00-$23.00
