Oversee production processes to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals, acting as a liaison between workers and management. Fill in positions where needed on the day-to-day operation.
REPORTS TO SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS- - Friendly and appropriate customer interaction is important
- - Flexible work availability for weekends and holiday weeks
- - Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods of time
- - Serve safe/ Allergen Certified, familiar with food safety standards
- - Leadership and problem-solving skills
- - Assisting in the production of daily food preparations to increase quality and production capacity
- - Ensuring all products are correctly labeled and stored throughout the entire production process
- - Perform product quality control checks
- - Assistance in maintaining inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.
- - Adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations and procedures
- - Assisting in the management and scheduling of food service employees
- - Liaising with other managers to formulate strategic objectives, maintain budgets, and promote efficient workflows for all employees.
