Definition / Primary FunctionThe Licensed Practical Nurse supports the nursing process and functions under the direction of the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner and/or Professional Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to policy and procedures of Berkshire Faculty Services clinical services.
Position Qualifications (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)- Experience:
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurses
- CPR
- Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with State regulation.
Working knowledge of Windows and PC applications required.
Ability to work independently and take direction.
Self-motivated and has the ability to be independent and flexible in a team framework.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitve information.
