Berkshires is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change.
CMCB is currently hiring for an On‑Call Nurse. This is an incredible opportunity for direct client care, community building, and personal growth in an evidence‑based treatment setting. The ideal candidate is seeking occasional work in a friendly, supportive, non‑hospital environment. Starting wage is $30/hour‑$45/hour. Sundays and Mondays are on call as needed for a 4‑hour shift. The facility is located in New Marlborough, MA, approximately 10 minutes east of Ski Butternut in Great Barrington.
Requirements- Registered Licensed Nurse or Licensed LPN
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled and caring bedside manner
- Familiarity with addiction‑related conditions and medications (e.g., assessment of alcohol or opioid withdrawal)
- Collaborative team player
- Computer proficient and able to utilize new electronic systems
