About Berkshire MeadowsBerkshire Meadows offers multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical, intellectual and developmental differences, including a 365‑day‑a‑year residential school for students aged 6‑21, residential and day habilitation programs for adults, and 24/7 nursing and medical services. Operations are in community settings and at a campus with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and therapy animals.
ScheduleWeekend shift, Saturday and Sunday 16‑hour shifts (Monday‑Friday OFF). Due to the nature of our work and the youth who depend on us, overtime may be mandated.
CompensationThe pay range for this position is $30.00 to $37.00 per hour. The range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Responsibilities- Follow all procedures related to authorization, monitoring, physician's orders, observation, and documentation.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to assist students in attaining the goals and objectives on their Individualized Action Plans.
- Develop medical/nursing goals and objectives to meet student health needs.
- Implement nursing and medical objectives.
- Arrange for medical consultations, appointments, and labs.
- Massachusetts RN license.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- Experience working with special‑needs populations preferred.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
