Arbor Associates is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for a contract assignment with a respected residential healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, behavioral health diagnoses, and physical disabilities. This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, person-centered environment where nurses build meaningful relationships with the individuals they support while working alongside experienced direct care, clinical, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide direct nursing care in residential settings
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Perform health assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
• Support individuals in achieving the highest level of health, safety, and independence
• Educate and mentor direct support staff on medical needs and best practices
