About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Nurse to join our team in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our residents. This is a Full Time opportunity that offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with behavioral health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare providers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Demonstrate respect, honesty, communication, and emotional intelligence when caring for patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Current RN lic
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
