Registered Nurse – Critical Care
Schedule:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12hr Days) - Days:
Every other Weekend/Holiday rotation required
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed
Hours:
36 hours per week
Requirements:
- Massachusetts RN license - 2 years of current Critical Care experience
- Vent, ICP Monitoring, and Hemodynamic Monitoring experience - IV qualifications
- Active BLS (AHA) - Active ACLS (AHA) - Strongly preferred:
Meditech Expanse experience, TNCC, PEARS Certification, and PALS certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a Critical Care setting.
- Function independently under general guidance and follow established protocols.
- Utilize critical thinking, communication, and planning skills in care delivery.
- Maintain emotional stability and effective decision-making in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Compliance / Notes:
- Personal scrubs of any color are required.
- Requested time off during the assignment must be documented at the time of upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
- Non-Billable Orientation: 8 hours.
