Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized emergency care in a fast-paced emergency room setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently under general guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs upon arrival to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Administer emergency treatments and medications according to established protocols.
• Document patient conditions, care provided, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and emotional stability during emergency situations.
• Follow all policies, protocols, and dress codes, including wearing personal scrubs of any color.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 2 years recent emergency room RN experience.
• Hold a current Massachusetts RN license uploaded in the profile.
• Possess active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Prefer candidates with ED triage or cardiac room experience, Meditech Expanse proficiency, and IV certification.
• Be able to provide your own vehicle and include your permanent address in the profile.
• Be available to submit at least two specific interview dates/times.
