Hospice of Western & Central Massachusetts is seeking full-time, part-time, or per diem RN Case Managers to support patients in Berkshire County. This on-the-road role requires a reliable vehicle and weekly pay at $48–$50 per hour.
The RN will plan, organize, and direct hospice care, collaborating with community resources to meet patient and family needs in homes and communities. Minimum MA RN license and CPR required; experience in acute and home care preferred.
