Job Description
Communicate customer claims, warranty issues, and internal quality concerns across the plant
Monitor and analyze key quality KPIs such as WC, RPPM, LMQM, and SPPM
Ensure effective implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System and control plans
Lead and support a team of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Controllers
Drive corrective and preventive actions related to internal and external defects
Coordinate and execute processes and product audits to ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Maintain documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with standards
Experience Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry as a Quality Engineer
Working knowledge of AIAG core tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA)
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 quality standards and systems
Fluency in both French and English with strong communication skills
