Case- Holland; CNH Trainer

This role is for an energetic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer at Barton Community College, working with CNH and local dealers to manage equipment and materials for training programs, maintain training inventories, diagnostic laptops, proprietary software, and technical resources, and deliver engaging, hands‑on service training that meets CNH standards. The trainer also builds strong dealer relationships, serves as a trusted technical resource, and assists the Commercial Drivers License program by providing behind‑the‑wheel instruction to help students gain confidence and real‑world skills.

• Coordinate with CNH and local dealers to manage the equipment and materials needed for training programs.
• Maintain training inventories, diagnostic laptops, proprietary software, and technical resources.
• Deliver engaging, hands‑on service training that meets CNH standards.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and serve as a trusted technical resource.
• Assist the Commercial Drivers License program by providing behind‑the‑wheel instruction.

• Associate degree in Diesel Mechanics or Agriculture Equipment Mechanics.
• Two years industry experience in Agriculture or Heavy Construction Equipment Maintenance, or Master Technician in Case‑New Holland Equipment.
• Class A commercial driver’s license.
