Transmission; Substation Design Engineer

Sunflower, a generation and transmission cooperative, has an opening in the Transmission Engineering department (Substation Physical Design Engineer or Substation Electrical P&C Design Engineer) in Wichita or Great Bend, KS
. As the successful candidate, you will get to use your creativity to help design substations and switching stations while also assisting with system protection functions. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• Successful completion of Fundamental Engineering Exam is preferred.
