Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to prescribed orders;
Monitor patient response during dialysis, record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters; complete Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet;
Educate patients on adequacy measures and disease processes related to dialysis;
Evaluate vascular access patency, perform cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated;
Maintain a safe, clean environment; assist with infection control and documentation; participate in CQI activities
