Smart Chemical Services is a growing leader in the oil and gas industry, recognized for delivering innovative and effective chemical solutions. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Field Manager to lead operations in the Great Bend, Kansas area.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes safety, and knows how to develop people while driving operational and financial performance. The Field Manager will oversee field operations, manage and mentor a team, and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety across all operations
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of up to 15 field and account personnel
• Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day field operations efficiently
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new Account Managers
• Review and approve customer reports prepared by Account Managers
• Identify, pursue, and support new business and growth opportunities
• Maintain responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) performance
• Ensure operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Minimum 3 years of Account Manager experience in upstream oilfield chemicals
• Strong ability to develop service recommendations with minimal oversight
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Willingness to travel to various job locations as required
