Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate  Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)  to join a supportive hospital team in  Great Bend, Kansas . This full-time, permanent role offers  night shifts , competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to provide critical care during one of life's most important moments.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the birthing process
Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed
Assist with procedures, including cesarean sections
Educate and support patients and families before, during, and after delivery
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary staff
Requirements
Active Kansas RN license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum of  1 year of recent L&D experience  preferred
Current  BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications  required (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
