Position Overview
A growing urgent care clinic located in Great Bend, KS is currently seeking a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join their team full-time.
Job Details- Title: Registered Nurse RN / Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
- Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
- Setting: Outpatient - Urgent care
- Location: Great Bend, KS
- Schedule: Full-time, 7am-7pm, 12hr shifts. Works 3 weekdays, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday per month.
- Pay: $25-35/hr, based on experience, plus benefits package.
Seeking a dedicated registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to join a fast‑paced Urgent Care team. The RN/LPN will provide high‑quality patient care, perform clinical assessments, administer medications, assist with minor procedures and support providers in delivering timely, efficient care. Responsibilities include triage, wound care, IV starts (if licensed to do so), point‑of‑care testing, patient education, and maintaining accurate documentation. Ideal candidates are adaptable, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with diverse patient needs.
Requirements- Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Kansas or compact required.
- 1 year of Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse experience required.
- Urgent care, outpatient ambulatory or med/surg experience highly preferred.
- PALS, ACLS and BLS required upon hire.
