iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Great Bend, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Ability to work night shift hours as scheduled
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in LTC/SNF environments
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care setting
- Guaranteed hours offered, providing stability and predictability throughout the duration of the contract
