Parts Counter Specialist

We have an immediate opening for Parts Counter Specialist in Great Bend, KS.

• Assist mechanics and customers with acquiring parts.
• Locate parts mechanics might need to finish a job.
• Answer customer questions, provide price quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Sell parts to help achieve sales goal.
• Stock shelves on display and in warehouse.
• Pull customer orders.
• Maintain inventory, cycle count inventory, assist with core returns.

• Excellent customer service.
• Self‑starter, maintain positive attitude.
• Automotive or truck part related experience a plus, not required.
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate updates to internal and external customers.
• Mechanical knowledge a must.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

• Sales/Customer Service 1 year
• Automotive or Truck Parts 1 year

• Intermediate computer skills.
• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
