We are a well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering high-quality building services solutions across the South East. Our projects span commercial new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and high-end residential developments. With a strong reputation for quality, safety and delivery, we pride ourselves on maintaining long-term client relationships and high standards on every project.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installations across a variety of commercial and high-end residential projects. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification, while managing site teams and coordinating with other trades.

This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality installations.

• Supervise electrical installations on commercial new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and high-end residential projects
• Manage site electricians and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme
• Maintain high health & safety standards on site
• Coordinate with project managers, main contractors and other trades
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations
• Assist with materials management and site logistics
• Support commissioning and handover processes

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor within commercial and/or high-end residential projects
• Strong knowledge of current wiring regulations and installation standards
• Experience working on new build and refurbishment schemes
• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
• ECS / JIB Gold Card (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
