Full-time Accounting Assistant for one of our branches in Montana.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: processing of Share Drafts, ACH activity and daily wires. Reconcilement of Debit/Credit cards, Shared Branching transactions Back office clearing accounts and ATM machines with appropriate General Ledger entries. Backup responsibilities include:
Federal Reserve balancing, check issues, various system reports and Fiserv card management. In addition, look for opportunities to match our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the VP of Accounting/CFO. Position is DOQ
