The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting operations on current and upcoming SCC QA/QC projects.
DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Effectively collaborate with Operations and Project teams regarding reports, files, data, change orders, contract modifications and approvals.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external project personnel during all phases of the project.
- Ensure delivery of all required reports and documentation.
- Maintain job files and all data backup information.
- Compile and assist in administration of all billable items.
- File and maintain all relevant documents and supporting information.
- Ensure consistent reporting data and layouts.
- Ensure project staff has the latest versions of necessary documents, codes, and requirements.
- Review and track construction data, as well as any work orders and purchase orders for specific projects.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of project reporting as required.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
- Support employees and subcontractors with overall processes to ensure consistency.
- General office administration duties as assigned

- 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of construction accounting practices preferred. 3-5 years of general office administrative experience
- Experience in spreadsheets and other forms of reporting required.
- Experience in Adobe Suite preferred
- Experience or knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions
