• Oversee daily operations on active construction job sites
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and coordinate site activities
• Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality standards
• Enforce job site safety and compliance
• Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, and clients
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving
• Foster a positive, productive, and accountable job site culture

• Proven construction field experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced construction environment
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities
